Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

PXSystems provides cloud business software and a partner (reseller) program. When you create an account or use a product we host, PXSystems is responsible for the account and billing information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account information: your name, email address, mobile number and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in readable form.
• Service and billing information: the products and plans you choose, your domains, invoices, payments and wallet transactions. Card and mobile-wallet payments are processed by our payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers.
• Workspace data: the information you and your users enter into a product, such as clients, cases, invoices or staff records.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and log records needed to keep the service secure and working.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• create your account and set up, host and maintain your workspace;
• process payments, issue invoices and manage subscriptions and renewals;
• send service messages such as setup notices, invoices, due reminders and security alerts by email or SMS;
• provide support when you ask for it;
• detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents;
• improve our products, using aggregated information wherever possible;
• meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace data for advertising.

4. Your workspace data belongs to you

You own the data in your workspace and decide what goes into it. We process it only to provide the service to you. Our staff access a workspace only when you ask for support, when it is needed to keep the service running or secure, or when the law requires it, and such access is limited and recorded.

5. When we share information

We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers who help us run the service, such as hosting, payment gateways, email and SMS providers. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
• Partners: if you signed up through a PXSystems partner (reseller), that partner can see your account, subscription and billing details so they can serve you. Partners cannot see your workspace data unless you give them access.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order or a lawful request from a government authority, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, the public or PXSystems.
• Business transfer: if PXSystems is merged or acquired, your information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your session and protect forms against forgery. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Our pages load some resources, such as web fonts, from trusted third-party providers, which may receive your IP address when those resources load.

7. How long we keep information

• Account and billing information is kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records.
• Workspace data is kept while your subscription is active. After a subscription ends, we keep it for 30 days so you can renew or request an export, then delete it permanently.
• Backups are rotated automatically, and deleted data is removed from backups when they expire.

8. Your rights and choices

You can:

• view and update your account information from your panel;
• request a copy or an export of your workspace data;
• ask us to correct or delete your personal information, unless we must keep it by law;
• opt out of marketing messages at any time; service messages about your account and billing will still be sent.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Where information is stored

Your information is stored on servers operated by our hosting providers, which may be located inside or outside Bangladesh. Wherever it is stored, we protect it as described in this policy and our Data Security terms.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in your panel before they take effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
